The reality before us is simple, it is not possible to combat
corruption and other vices by arrests alone, preventive methods must also be
applied. This preventive method comes through critical and moral empowerment.
Nigerians, especially
youths must be empowered to think critically, plan strategically and evolve
creatively through value-based approach to solving issues which
will be anchored on morals and ethically proven principles.
The 2015 edition of KIC has been hash tagged kicnigeria2015.
A lot of focused events have been lined up for this maiden edition outside the
official unveiling, these will serve as pre-competition events.
These include:
1. PTA workshop for parents.
2. Principal and Head-Teachers
workshop.
3. Emerging Leaders’ Conference for participating students.
